Colleen Yamaguchi focuses on leadership and professional development and coaching. An attorney with more than 20 years of experience, she helps professionals in the private and non-profit sectors to become effective and extraordinary leaders in their careers and personal lives. She is based in Seattle, Washington.

Colleen has coached professionals from large and small corporations and non-profit organizations on increasing leadership effectiveness, exploring and navigating career transition, and achieving personal satisfaction. She currently works extensively with the Executive Development Institute, a non-profit organization in the Pacific Northwest that provides experiential leadership development programs for Asian-Pacific emerging and experienced leaders from Pacific Northwest corporations such as Boeing, Microsoft and Nike. She is also an executive coach in Leadership Education for Asian Pacific's Executive Director Leadership Program.

Previously, as a commercial transactions lawyer specializing in international and aircraft finance, Colleen was a partner at Perkins Coie and Sidley Austin and senior in-house counsel at Boullioun Aviation Services. She worked collaboratively in leading transaction teams and negotiating and closing complex international deals, effectively communicating across cultures, gender and functions. She also participated extensively in law firm recruiting, diversity, professional development, business development and training initiatives.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Colleen holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.B.A and B.B.A from the University of Hawaii. Her coaching certification is from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.

Shannon Small

Shannon Small is a highly skilled coach as well as an experienced manager and strategy consultant. Shannon brings to her coaching and leadership development work not only the acumen of a seasoned business professional, but also the strength of a collegiate All-American athlete and the resilience of a Breast Cancer survivor.

Shannon works with individuals, teams and organizations in a variety of industries. She has coached clients ranging from CEO's and senior managers to students at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her clients have included professionals at Xerox, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Mercer Management Consulting, Wachovia, Leap Frog, and SAP. She is also an experienced speaker and workshop leader.

Committed to empowering members of her communities, Shannon currently sits on the Yale School of Management Alumni Board as well as the Association of Women MBAs of the Bay Area. She is a devoted community volunteer and avid world traveler.

Shannon holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS from Northwestern University. Her coaching certification is from New Ventures West.


Linda Furness

Linda Furness specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. Trained as a lawyer, she has more than ten years experience managing Human Resources functions within organizations and providing consulting on HR issues to start-up and technology companies. She is based in Palo Alto, California.

Linda has coached senior executives and high-potential managers from leading technology, financial services, and nonprofit organizations on achieving both professional effectiveness and personal satisfaction. Recent projects developing a coaching, transition and performance management strategy for the Hewlett Foundation, creating and delivering customized learning workshops for one of Silicon Valley's leading design innovation firms, and coaching a variety of executives around creating greater success and fulfillment in their careers.

Previously, Linda served as the head of Human Resources for Financial Engines, Inc., an asset management and online investment advice firm founded by Nobel Laureate Bill Sharpe, in which capacity she managed recruitment, onboarding, training, organizational development and performance management. Prior to that, she worked at both Netscape and Hewlett Packard in Human Resources functions, and at Cornerstone Research as an analyst.

A native of California, Linda holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Her coaching training is from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also a graduate of CTI's Co-Active Leadership Program.

Luke Kreinberg is a coach and trainer with a background in executive coaching, career coaching, and executive search. He has a special emphasis on the intergenerational issues associated with talent development.

His recent projects include working with a organizations to develop more effective onboarding processes, placing executives at Yahoo! and other technology companies in Silicon Valley, and providing career coaching for clients ranging from front-line managers to vice-presidents. Luke has led a variety of workshops on the intergenerational issues that affect organizations with respect to recruiting, retention, and succession of talented individuals. He is experienced in delivering interactive presentations in both live and online formats.

Luke's previous professional experiences include serving as a partner in a boutique search firm, developing learning curriculum for emerging technology firms, conducting sales and marketing for enterprise software companies, and owning and running a publishing company. He is the author of The Book of Goals: Achievements, Plans, and Dreams of a Lifetime, which has sold more than 100,000 copies.

Luke graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in International Relations. His coaching certification is from New Ventures West.


Juliet Saxe

Juliet Saxe is a consultant and executive coach who works with companies and nonprofit institutions to improve individual and organizational performance. Her background in the fields of business and psychology gives her a unique understanding of the dynamics of workplace success and satisfaction.

Juliet has extensive professional experience in market research as well as coaching and counseling. She has worked with private-sector companies including Amgen, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Hanes, as well as several major nonprofit organizations. Her projects have included developing training programs; interviewing and assessing market trends in the healthcare and consumer sectors; and developing and interpreting quantitative surveys.

Juliet was previously a highly successful senior manager at Telephia, a fast-growing and innovative start-up in the wireless sector. Before transitioning her interpersonal, research and consulting skills into business, Juliette was a staff researcher at the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, and held management positions in several mental health organizations.

Juliet graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Psychology and earned Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, California.

Sharon Dauk is an executive coach, business advisor and investor who is based in Connecticut and New York City. She utilizes her coaching skills and extensive business experience to assist individuals and organizations in developing leadership, enhancing business operations and attaining personal empowerment.

Her clients have included entrepreneurs and business leaders working in the fields of finance, marketing, professional services and advertising. In her coaching engagements she has helped clients navigate critical junctures in business development, achieve personal and professional transitions, and improve management and leadership skills

Sharon worked for many years as an investment banker, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Development. She was a member of the Corporate Finance Departments of both Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. For the past 15 years, her business focus has been on directly investing in and advising early-stage companies in a variety of industries through her investment company, Dauk/Wagner Investments, LLC.

Sharon has been a long-distance triathlete for nearly 30 years, and a competitive equestrian for more than a decade. She is an active member of the Advisory Council of Cornell University's Entrepreneurship@Cornell Program and is featured on eClips, Cornell's video clip collection on entrepreneurship, business and leadership. She continues to be an advisor to several early-stage companies.

Sharon holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. from the University of Southern California. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorTM (MBTITM). Her coaching training is from Columbia University's Coaching Certification Program.

Shari Cohen is an executive coach and organizational consultant based in New York, focusing on leadership development. Shari stimulates her clients to access their potential, build their confidence and expand their creativity -- whether to build their leadership skills or do develop new career strategies.

Shari has worked with leaders in health, finance, law, philanthropy, market research, technology and publishing, and at organizations such as the World Bank, the Carnegie Corporation, Safe Horizon, Rider University, Doctors Without Borders and Bain. Previous professional experience includes building a leadership program for policy thinkers at Demos, and at the Center for Learning and Leadership (CLAL) creating and delivering leadership development seminars for business, government, academic, religious and community leaders. She has served in senior management positions in both of these non-profits.

Her book, Politics Without a Past, is about leadership and change in post-communist Eastern Europe. Shari has international experience in Central Europe and Eurasia, is fluent in Russian and Hebrew and has studied French, Slovak and Polish. She was a professor of international relations at Wellesley College.

Shari holds a Ph.D from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Cornell University. She received professional certification in executive and organizational coaching from NYU and has also been trained in scenario planning and in conflict resolution and mediation.

Kimberly Togman focuses on individual, team and organizational development. Her clients include emerging leaders and professionals seeking to define, hone and achieve career and organizational goals. She is based in Philadelphia.

Kimberly's experience spans more than 15 years in human resources and consulting positions in a variety of industries. In her tenure as Vice President of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, she advised executives, managers and employees on all aspects of their working lives while also overseeing all HR functions of the firm, including strategy, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. She was also responsible for the human capital aspects of the merger of four companies that resulted in the creation of the firm. Previously, she worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Global Human Resources Services practice.

Kimberly is a member of the Board of Directors of the Women's MBA Network of Philadelphia. She is currently writing a book about the careers and lives of women 10 to 15 years out of the top MBA programs. Kimberly holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Her coaching certification is from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorTM (MBTITM) and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
